It’s why you almost ruined your newly installed washing machine (remove the transit bolts, people! Or was that just me...). Let’s face it: often, we can’t be bothered to learn how to do what we want to do, and think we’ll simply learn by doing. Or, we think we know how to do what we want to do and don’t need guidance. Or, we’re so excited to get started with what we want to do that we don’t even give ourselves time to stop and learn properly how to do it.

But, as I’m sure you all know, the how is extremely important – and we can’t always learn it all by doing.

Especially when it comes to something like new software and systems where, if you’re not careful to take the time to learn how they can work for you, you can miss realising their true potential to make things easier for you.

This is exactly why every new Enterprise client of ours receives much more than an instructional guide – they receive comprehensive implementation training to get their business(es) up and running with the software, and using it to its full potential, as quickly as possible.

With every new simPRO Enterprise purchase, our clients receive a four- or five-day implementation and training course (and a free pre-implementation course). In each course, our skilled trainers work closely with your teams to understand your entire business and its processes, and to make your workflows work in simPRO.

You’ll be shown how to set up the system to meet your unique needs as well as receive guidance on key aspects of a new system roll-out, such as change management. Any questions, concerns or issues you may have can be addressed and resolved.

Towards the end of the course, we’ll knuckle down on areas of the system that you’ll be using most. For instance, if you do projects or asset or inventory management, then training will focus on getting the most out of the system in these areas. What we drill down on in training is completely up to you!

Plus: training can be delivered either remotely online or on-site (depending on your location), so you can accelerate implementation at your own work site.
