Replay multiple vehicle movements to pinpoint opportunities for improvement
In the latest update, the replay feature has received a complete overhaul: multiple vehicle replays can be viewed at once, while also showing more information, more clearly.
Users can review the scheduling decisions for the previous day or week and determine how the various choices made by either the technician or scheduler can be improved.
In addition to this, users can now also skip ahead in the replays and see how long vehicles were travelling and stopped for, giving insights into how billable hours are being wasted due to long travel periods.
Enhanced understanding of consumption and costs
New fields have been added to vehicle properties relating to fuel consumption that can create a better understanding of how your business’ fuel allowances are being spent.
Now you can store the fuel card details, fuel type, fuel capacity and average fuel consumption, in a vehicle’s properties and the software will automatically calculate the average CO2 emissions for that vehicle, a feature that is valuable for carbon footprint reporting and fuel usage exception calculations.
Integration with other simPRO solutions
simTRAC’s map interface has new filters to give you more control over what jobs and quotes to display.
Now, you can select to see unscheduled jobs by due date, a feature that will assist with scheduling decisions as business owners and operators will be able to see the real-time location of their field staff in relation to the jobs they need to get done.
These jobs can also be further filtered by a range of additional features like the assigned tech for a job, the zone, status, job type and much more.
