Our next update to simPRO Service and Enterprise, rolling out from January 7th, gives you more flexibility in selecting accounts to which you can accept payments.

Accept payments into different accounts

It’s our first update to roll out this year, and to kick things off in good spirits, we wanted to show a little extra support for the smaller businesses out there. If you need to accept payments into more than one bank account, this update will give you the chance to do that when requesting a payment, by providing an option to add a new bank account which can override the default bank account details.

The new bank details will also be displayed on all relevant invoices, statements and quote forms.

Invoice factoring is just one way this update can benefit you. This change can also give you more flexibility in organising your finances. Make sure you leave a comment below if you think of any other great ways to make this work for you.

Two-way data flow in our QuickBooks Online Integration

Our partnership with QuickBooks keeps getting better, with our integration now allowing for two way data transfers. This means that along with the records and transactions that post from simPRO to QuickBooks, payments recorded in QuickBooks can also flow back into simPRO.

So if you like to receipt your payments in QuickBooks by importing transactions from bank feeds, you can now enjoy the ease of having that payments appear in your simPRO records. That’s less double entry for you, and a quicker exit from the office.
