With SMS, customers can be kept up to date with job details, your technician’s ETA and any job delays.

Using notifications, scheduling an SMS to be sent to a customer or technician is a breeze.
SMS messages can be set up to automatically go out to customers with the details of their job once it has been booked, or arrange for an SMS update to be sent to the customer if there is a status change to their scheduled job.
And as this is a simPRO-provided SMS service there is no need for you to maintain separate SMS services with a third party - simPRO handles it all.
